Hi, I’m Megann and people are my business..

At my core, I believe every company is built on its people and that when those people feel supported, understood, and inspired, the entire company thrives.

For more than 15 years, I’ve helped companies of all sizes, from Fortune 500 corporations to fast-moving startups, navigate the challenges of hiring, compliance, culture, and growth. I’ve recruited over 500 talented professionals, built high-performing teams from the ground up, and designed the processes and systems that help them thrive. Along the way, I’ve earned my SHRM certification and completed Harvard’s Organizational Development program, each experience deepening my insight into what it truly takes to create workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work.

Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking trails, rock climbing, or traveling to new places with my 8-year-old son, Aiden. Being his mom has shaped the way I see leadership and teamwork; patience, adaptability, and the ability to see potential even when it’s still taking shape. The lessons I’ve learned raising him mirror the way I approach my work: creating environments where people feel supported, encouraged to grow, and confident enough to take the next step forward. The mountains may keep me grounded, but motherhood keeps me inspired to continue building, both in life and in the workplaces I help shape.
